Eskom Graduate Internships 2026

Eskom is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for its Graduate Internship Programme for 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful workplace exposure, hands‑on training and experience within one of the country’s leading state‑owned enterprises. Available Internship Qualifications

The programme offers a wide range of internships and “Graduate in Training” opportunities across multiple disciplines. Some examples include:

  • Governance & Compliance: Diploma or Degree in Commerce/Auditing


  • Security Risk Management: National Diploma or related qualification


  • Human Resources: Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR Management, Behavioural Sciences


  • Mathematics & Actuarial Science: BSc or equivalent in Math/Math Science/Actuarial Science


  • Regional and specialist roles (e.g., Northern Cape, Free State, North West) covering fields such as Land/Quantity Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Built Environment, IT/Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, Statistics/Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Property Management, Environmental/Management Science, Transport & Logistics, Project Management, Construction Management


  • Financial Management: Degree/BTech in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Finance, Business Management, Economics


  • Logistics: Fully completed BComm or equivalent in Supply Chain, Transport or Logistics


  • Computer Science & IT: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology


  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) & Security: Fully completed Degree in Safety Management, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental/Health Sciences, Security Management or Policing


  • Engineering "In Training" roles: Chemical Engineering (BEng/BSc), Control & Instrumentation (Electronic Engineering), Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc)
