Purpose of the Job
The Administrative Assistant: Verification & Validation role focuses on supporting the Claims Division. The successful candidates will ensure that claims submitted to the RAF are valid and legitimate by managing documentation, verifying information, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
Key Performance Areas
Managing the movement and tracking of files and correspondence.
Verifying and validating claims information.
Accurate record‑keeping and data management.
Maintaining effective stakeholder relations.
Assisting with the interrogation and follow‑up of claim details.
Performing general office administration duties.
Minimum Requirements
Educational qualification: NQF Level 4 / Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Work experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience working in an office environment.
