Discovery invites unemployed young South Africans to apply for the Wealth Management Learnership Programme for 2025/2026. The programme is based in Sandton, Gauteng, and leads to a nationally recognised National Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 5). It combines classroom-based learning with practical work experience in the financial services industry.

Minimum Entry Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is essential, with the following minimum results:

Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)

Mathematical Literacy: Level 5 (60%)

Second Language: Level 4 (50%)
An incomplete tertiary qualification in finance will be an added advantage
Must not be enrolled in full-time studies or permanently employed
Must not have previously completed a learnership
Age: Between 18 and 30 years
Nationality: South African citizens by birth
Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
